I help you find balance in your body and mind through subtle, therapeutic bodywork and teach you stabilizing movements to help find sustainable health.
I grew up studying ballet. From the age of 5, I enjoyed the movement and creativity of dance. As an adult I found the same passion with Yoga and Pilates. I continued to learn about the body while studying Massage , Craniosacral and Visceral Therapy. The past 15 years have brought me to culminate my experiences and skills into an integrated approach to help people seeking health.
Creating balance in body and mind
Craniosacral, Visceral, Movement Therapy
Craniosacral and Visceral therapy, work with the nervous system. Muscle tissue, ligaments, tendons, fascia, bones, joints, nerves and organs may be treated to help increase Range of Motion, decrease pain and stress.
This way of working is very gentle and powerful.
Stabilizing movements and stretches found in Pilates exercises can reinforce good posture and prevent injury. A balanced body, starting in the core, creates a sense of ease in movement relieving stress all over the body.
Craniosacral
Gentle and effective
Craniosacral treatment works with the nervous system to relieve pain and dysfunction in the body. The touch is light and leaves you feeling relaxed and grounded. Treatments may address conditions, like, headaches, anxiety, sinus pain/congestion, jaw pain, sacral dysfunctions and other joint or muscular issues anywhere in the body
Visceral
Free restrictions around organs
Sometimes our body needs help freeing up stuck tissue. Organs, connective tissue around those organs, muscle, nerves, veins and arteries may cause local pain or stiffness, and, may affect other structures. These may be a piece of the puzzle when figuring out why there is pain or limited range of motion present. Viceral manipulation addresses the areas in the body sometimes overlooked by practitioners.
Movement therapy/ Pilates

I have been a Pilates and yoga instructor for 15 years. I have focused the past 6 years on private Pilates instruction on the Pilates Reformer and Pilates Mat.
